Our Services

We are able to assist with all aspects of the construction process, from the initial planning phase through to final inspection, ensuring the successful delivery of your project. We offer both completed homes ready to be moved into and off the plan homes. Our completed homes have been built with high end appliances such as Gaggenau and Miele and luxurious finishes including stone benchtops. These homes also have landscaped yards ready to be enjoyed.

Our off-the-plan homes are flexible and let you choose what finishes and interiors you want. Styles can range from a cutting edge modern home with polished concrete floors and stainless steel benchtops through to a warm Hamptons style home with floorboards and stone finishes.

Planning and design consultation

The Planning and permit process can be daunting and time consuming. Leave the finer details to us and concentrate on designing your home! Throughout the design consultation process, we will step you through each decision point and help you to decide what would best suit your lifestyle. We have mood boards and many samples to help you through the decision making process.

Construction and project management

Our team project manage the entire build and have complete responsibility for the outcome. We take the construction process along with safety protocols and meeting our timelines seriously. We have many trusted trades, suppliers and contractors we have worked with over the years and will only use these people in our construction. Our timelines are discussed with you throughout the process and you will be continuously updated with the progress of the build.

Maintenance and post-construction support

Once your home is complete, we don’t forget about you! We will happily provide post construction support and maintenance.

At T.Warren, our interiors are our specialty and how we make a house a home. The options for Interiors are endless and vary depending on the lifestyle you have or want to achieve. Our flooring options include polished concrete, hardwood floorboards, tiles and carpet. Our kitchens can be fitted with stone, stainless steel, wood or marble benchtops. Kitchen appliances can include steam ovens, inbuilt coffee machines, or can be fitted with a butlers pantry with sink for the ultimate entertainers kitchen. Whatever your choice, we will ensure it is made with quality.

Our homes are our sanctuaries and there is no better was to bring a sense of peace and calm into your home that through connecting the outside with the inside. Bifold, stackable or French doors can open your space and create a seamless feel between the two. Options such as decked outdoor areas with inbuilt barbeque, water features and pizza oven are available to convert your garden to an extension of your home.
